Took my 90-year-old mom in for a vision check and new glasses. We walked in without an appointment. Liz told us it would take awhile because there were appointments ahead of us, but she got us in more quickly than anticipated! Liz was patient and caring, helping mom into the various test stations. Jeff was kind enough to get water for Mom when she asked for a drink. Dr. Sarkis diagnosed mom as having early macular degeneration, and referred us to a specialist. Mom can be a little impatient and fearful, and everyone at LensCrafters was very kind, and had great patience with her during the process. Thank you all, we’ll be back!

I have never had glasses before so going into LensCrafters was a bit overwhelming for me. The reason I am giving this place a 5 star rating is strictly because of one of the staff members named Liz. She was the one who gave me the eye exams before I met with the doctor. She made me feel very comfortable and a lot less nervous. After I got my prescription from the doctor she then proceeded to help me pick out frames. Her customer service skills are impeccable. She was so patient and gave me great advice, something I really needed considering how indecisive I am. Liz truly made the experience very memorable and I want to give her recognition for that.

During the initial eye assessments, she made me feel very comfortable by explaining everything about the equipment and what to expect. Dr.Sarkis and his staff are amazing professional and spot on when giving you the correct prescription. I have gone to some of the top eye exam professional and continually have gotten the wrong prescription. Both my daughter and I got 20 20 vision today with both contacts and glasses.

Overall great experience from start to finish….walked in…..was greeted…..filled out a Form…..got my eye examination…..Jonathan helped me pick out frames and closed the purchase smoothly…..returned the next day to have the fitting adjusted…..Wendy greeted me and adjusted the frames to fit great….would definitely recommend.

Best Lenscrafters experience I’ve ever had. I went to another private practice for contacts and overall eye exam, that practice totally messed me up, and Lenscrafters corrected their mistake with my prescription and diagnosis. I like walk in Business that You dont need to make appointment ahead of time…its very convenient for living local. I am strongly support our local Business and would like to continue my eyexam with this facility as far as I am still on EyeMed insurance.

I had an exceptional experience on 12/26/16! Suzanne and Dr. Sarkis were professional, friendly and informative. No high pressure and I didn’t feel rushed. I truly felt my eye health was important to them. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and kept informed every step of the way. I would give them, and this location, more stars if more stars were available! Because of a personal recommendation from a family member, I drove from Santa Clarita.
